Policies & Terms
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Service Deposits: Initial deposits for contracted services are non-refundable and applied toward the total project cost.
Milestone Payments: Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable once work has been delivered and approved.
Cancellations: Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Any completed work will be billed at the agreed hourly rate. Unused prepaid hours will be refunded within 14 business days.
Disputes: For payment disputes or refund requests, please contact us at support@modeek.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Terms of Service
Services: M Club provides software development, consulting, and related technical services as agreed in individual contracts or statements of work.
Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code. Third-party libraries remain under their respective licenses.
Limitation of Liability: M Club's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA.
